Arturo Alanis is a Mexican filmmaker graduated from the Film & Television Production program at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. In his ten-year career, Arturo has worked in over 100 film shoots including feature films, TV series, music videos, commercials, political spots and shorts produced in the United States, Mexico, Spain, Greece, France, Nepal and India.

 

Amongst his most remarkable projects are Olvidadizo, a short film he wrote and directed which won several awards at an international level including best director and best screenplay at the Barcelona Film Festival, and Lamia which won the Audience Award at the National Film Festival for Talented Youth (NFFTY) in Seattle on 2017.

 

Arturo is currently developing an Indian TV series titled Grim Reaper Inc. as well as an international Bollywood film set in Mexico.
